According... to Paullina Simons that funny looking
word above should be the Russian equivalent to
"Hi!" This is a site devoted to the book
The Bronze Horseman by Paullina
Simons. If you have read this novel you are most likely here from
an internet search trying to find out all you can about this
incredible book and author.

Set
in... Leningrad, Russia during the onset of World War II,
The Bronze Horseman tells the love story of two Russians, a young
girl Tatiana and
her soldier Alexander with an American past. It is filled with
incredible images of war torn Russia and immeasurable hardships
and triumphs of the siege on Leningrad. Through bombings,
starvation, and loss of life you will come not only to love this
couple but learn quite a bit of Russian history during this
formidable time.

Kama, etc. Also a few Russian WWII images.
But most exciting...I had sent Paullina Simons some links of
apartment buildings in Leningrad and had asked if the Fifth
Soviet apartment looked similar. She not only wrote back,
but she sent me actual images of the apartment in Leningrad. I was just ecstatic to
see them!
